History

Universal Printing Company has been serving customers since the 1920’s with a solid reputation for quality commercial printing. In 1995, Margi Casey McGrath acquired Universal and expanded the business, adding financial and healthcare printing as well as fulfillment and direct mail services.

Universal is certified by the Women's Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC), and Margi serves on the WBE Certification Committee for Pennsylvania, Delaware, and portions of New Jersey.

Location

Universal operates from an 80,000 square-foot facility. The company also maintains a separate warehouse in close proximity.

Who We Support

Community

Last spring, Universal began a co-op program with high school students from the Scranton State School for the Deaf (S.S.S.D). The students work side by side with Universal employees to learn a trade. As an added benefit, the students taught sign language classes on-site to Universal employees.

This school year, two S.S.S.D. students participate in the program. Our employees continue to be enriched by their presence.
